With your membership you have access to an entire schedule of fitness classes.
To ensure new people enter safely, and veterans still achieve high-level workouts,
we REQUIRE a proficiency and safety session before members are cleared to join class.
This session is free, and may come in the form of a 1-on-1 or a small group.

ARC (Strength & Conditioning)
Agility, Resistance, Conditioning. This three part class is formatted just like a collegiate strength and conditioning program would be. It offers a dynamic warmup, agility drills, some strength movements targeting the large muscle groups of the body, and a conditioning drill to finish it off.
Senior Strength (Strength)
Chair exercises, balance work, resistance training, and fun. Chris uses different formats and games to keep seniors or people with ailments mobile so they can age with grace. (If you are wondering if this is an appropriate class for you or a family member, please contact Chris at 515-988-5839)
Brickhouse Basics (Strength and Cardio)
This class offers multiple modifications for the beginner member, or someone wanting to tone it down a notch from regular classes. But make no mistake, if you challenge Chris, she can bring the pain ;-)
Cardio Field Day (Strength & Conditioning)
This cardio frenzy will put you either in partners or teams and
ASPIRE Muay Thai (Cardio)
This martial arts program will teach members how to punch, kick, knee, and elbow while practicing the national sport of Thailand. All experience levels welcome. *Boxing Gloves Required. Please no MMA gloves. (If you have never attended a Muay Thai class please contact Able at 515-988-7525.)
Circuit Strength (Strength)
Just This new class will allow you to customize your strength workout. Each workout will be organized in stations for time. Are you looking for low volume and high intensity? You can grab heavy weights. Would you rather have a high volume and low intensity workout? Swap out for light weights. We will attack the entire body every day.
Outdoor Warrior (Cardio)
Joe is at it again with mental and physical domination. This time we go outside to try out some new fun. Along with cardio drills, we will add in heavy tire work, sand pit workouts, and strength movements. (Bring Old Shoes!)
Progressive Strength (Wed 9AM) (Strength)
The freeweight gym has some great tools to add into our kettlebell training. This class will blend in some progressive bench press and cable work with our kettlebell training for a well-rounded strength program.
Strength Challenge (Strength)
Strength challenge will pull you out of the comfort zones we all love and push you into a stronger mindset. Individual, partner, and group challenges will make for an exhausting but great workout.
Reverse Pyramid Boxing (Cardio)
Julies famous reverse pyramid workouts can make some of the worst exercises tolerable. Starting from a large working volume, we slowly decrease reps until you finish with sets of 1 or 2. Be ready for legs, abs, and shoulders!
Thirty Minute Monster (Strength)
30 minutes of big strength movements to finish of the work week. We follow it up with our online ROMWOD stretch and mobility workout for 20 minutes.
The trainers alternate so you may see a new face from time-to-time
10x10 Strength (Strength)
High volume and moderate intensity make this strength class very effective and engaging. This simple format will keep you sore all weekend long.
Cardio Challenge (Cardio)
Cardio + Challenge.... enough said.
